These prints come from my ongoing exploration and fascination with wetlands. Initiated after a trip to Caithness in the north of Scotland where I visited Flowcountry; the largest blanket bog system in the world and UNESCO site. I began the prints while on residency at the Gloucestershire Printmaking co-operative as part of the Barbara Webb award. During the residency I explored a variety of printmaking Techniques including carborundum a technique that I have employed in each of these prints.
